Hello. I seem to be having a difficult time with understanding remittance . If I have a scenario where Medicare is the tertiary payer, is remittance info expected from both the Primary and Secondary payers? OR can there only be secondary info and not primary or vice versa? hope that makes sense

Yes, both primary and secondary EOB's need to be attached to the tertiary claim.
