Adding a second office goes more smoothly than changing an address for the place of business.
Tip: We have had a number of our clients move their office location. We simply add the new office as a second location. Then, some time after the provider is established at the new location and has completely let go of the old location, we submit notice to Medicare that the provider is no longer practicing at the old location. There has never been an interruption of payments with this method.
