Question about commissions to vendor

If the insurance company (Medicare) is going to pay 80% of the claim and the beneficiary is going to pay 20% does the vendor (American Medical Systems) receive 100% of the claim received in commissions or do we receive 20% in commissions?

I don't follow your question. What do you mean "in commissions"? Are you referring to if you charge a percentage do you receive your percentage based on the 20% paid by the beneficiary? I really am not sure what you are asking. Please clarify.
