Are your claims being submitted cleanly, with the treatment notes for each DOS, etc? WC claims can be tricky if not done exactly right. Usually, they want the case number listed as the member ID, the DOI must be on the claim, treatment notes submitted with each claim, etc. If all of this has been done, and you are not being paid timely, and the adjuster is not returning your calls, have you tried calling and speaking with someone else, like a general customer service rep?
