Provider change in EIN can we still bill global maternity

Our OBGYN office will be changing to a new tax ID in a month or so they are remaining in the same location just changing to a new EIN with a new group name.
For their obstetric patients are we required to split global when they deliver or can we still bill global since the patients are continuing to see the same physician for their prenatal and the same physician will be delivering.

You will have to check with the insurance carriers to see how they want to handle it but I believe you will have to split the global since it's a new entity. Even though they are seeing the same doctor, the pay to name, EIN & NPI have changed.
