Same Day Visit, Different Speciality

We are a multi-speciality group with different specialities. Our providers will at times see the same patient on same day (different speciality). Is there any modifier we need to add? Will medicare deny if not?

So long as their taxonomy code identifies them as different specialties, there should be no issue. No modifiers needed.
