Portable Stimulation Units

Michele,
Hello again. My Chiropractic office is looking at billing for these portable devices and didn't now what documentation and how to handle the billing. Which dx codes to use and cpt codes. Would I also need to change the POS and add the patients home addres as one of the locations to submit claims?

I don't know what the portable devices are, but there should be a HCPCs code for it. The dr would have to give you the diagnosis. You would use POS 12 to indicate home, but you don't need to add a location, just the POS.
