I am new to this forum. I have been doing only medical billing for a few years however, my company moved me to AR and my training has been so limited. I never really dealt with EOBS until now since I was only on the front end. I am really struggling figuring out what the EOB remark codes mean and what the next step is. Does anyone have any suggestions? Currently, I just started school for my certification in medical billing but I haven’t gotten to my classes where I am taught about the AR portion etc… any advice would be well appreciated! Thank you!
