Learning the UB04 for an outpatient Mental Health Facility

Dear Alice Scott, Michele

I have been billing off the HCFA 1500 since 2001 and now need to learn how to bill on a UB04 for a new client.
This is new to me and I have been reading as much as I can on the subject. I am not sure where to locate the table of codes and have a few more quick questions before diving into this new chapter.
Do you have any on line courses for seasoned billers that just want to learn this form or any books you could recommend.
This would be greatly appreciated.
