Yep, it is true, though that article was written when outsourcing was REALLY booming!
I mostly think the offshore companies and unscrupulous vendors are the reason doctors were beginning to sour on outsourcing.. I think we are reclaiming our industry in many ways :)

Yes, I do to. I think providers are seeing that saving a buck is costing them MONEY!!!

1994, that was a good year!  I agree, more providers are seeing that outsourcing is the way to go.  But I still encounter ohhhhh so many that have a girl in the office that is killing them, but they don't have the *%$*%*$* to get rid of her!

Frustrating, but it's their loss,  literally.
