Hourly Rates for Projects

I would use an hourly rate to collect on old accounts like this. You don't have to necessarily call it an hourly rate but you could come up with a flat fee that is based on your hourly rate. The object of course is to get paid regardless of what's collectible or not. Time=Money and if you try to bill these on a percentage, most likely you will lose money. Another idea might be to set a fee per account balance.
